Timeline of FireFox 3 Updates

With the recent release of firefox 3 beta 1.  I thought it would be a good idea to put the timeline of the devolopment of the project in one place.

You can see that from start to finish it took the guys at firefox an amazing 1 and a half years to release a major update that will work, it will not be like what happened when Microsoft released Vista in place of XP.

These are the currently released milestones.

  1. Ferdinand Says:

Actually, the core of Firefox 3 has been in development since Firefox 1.5 had been finalized(November 29, 2005). Firefox 2 mostly focused on frontend changes.
